  • Review a comprehensive list of the F-Tags for long-term care facilities

  • Describe how to comply with F-Tag 945, the most recent F-Tag related to Infection Control

  • Discuss the significance of citations incurred during survey

Understand the survey process, findings related to Infection Control and strategies to increase compliance


Ten Things Every Infection Preventionist Needs to Know

  • Practical tips and tricks for the Infection Preventionist to perform their job

  • Develop practical applications for challenges met

Identify the most practical tips for an Infection Preventionist to place in their toolbox

 

Current Infection Prevention Strategies in the Post-COVID-19 Era

  • Review changes implemented during the pandemic and their influence on future programs

  • Identify which practices should be sustained and which shold be elminated

  • Establish and maintain a robust Infection Prevention and Control Program

Describe what we learned during the pandemic from practices that were implemented and how to incorporate them into a future robust Infection Prevention and Control Program


In-Person Classroom Learning

Persons selecting this option will attend a live one-day in-person class. Participants must attend the entire conference for full continuing education credits. Attendance at this venue offers the participants an opportunity to interact directly with the course faculty.
